Delivery will take place by TNT or UPS. 

Zone 1: delivery to Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia

Zone 2: delivery to Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg

Zone 3: delivery to Belgium, France, Latvia, Romania

Zone 4: delivery to Great Britain, Spain, Italy

Zone 5: delivery to Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia

Zone 6: delivery to Croatia, Finland, Slovenia, Sweden

Zone 7: delivery to Austria, Hungary

Zone 8: delivery to Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine

Zone 9: delivery to USA, Canada

When on stock and ordered before 12:00, delivery will take place next day (only Poland and not for payment by bank transfer).
If not available, delivery will take place in 7-10 days 

 

 Pick up

  • You can choose to pick up the parts in one of our service points. Brzezimierz or Święcice
  • When you choose for pickup, we will reserve the product and contact you to let you know when it is possible to pickup the order.
  • We do not charge extra cost if you choose to pickup the item.

 

Payment

We offer different payment options.

  • Online banking. 
  • Pay by bank transfer.
    Delivery will take place only after we received your payment.
    We will reserve your order for 7 working days when waiting for the payment via bank transfer.
  • Pay by credit card
  • Pay on delivery. This come with a surcharge of 8 PLN.

 We work with a guaranteed save payment portal by Przelewy24, BLIK, PayPal, Mollie i Klarna

Guarantee & Return

  • When a part is broken, we send it to the manufacturer who will decide whether it is guarantee or not.
  • We offer guarantee on parts if mounted by a qualified technician.
  • Return costs are to be paid by customer
  • Returned goods as well as its packaging must be intact.
  • For returned products, a storage fee of 10% of the value of the returned product will be charged

We do not take back:

  • articles sent after 30 days
  • articles marked with one catalog number less than PLN 20 net
  • articles damaged or bearing signs of assembly
  • articles covered by promotional campaigns
